Sitting in Dr. Allen's office today looking back over my history and when I first came to her a year and a half ago brought tears to my eyes; she's given me my life and youth back. I first went to see Dr. Allen because I felt tired, restless, sad, sleepless, PMS emotional, bloated, hot flashy and as though maybe the best part of my life was over.
